Booking Terms & Conditions

1.Parties

These terms govern stays booked via location-crans-montana.com, operated by:

By booking, the guest accepts these terms in full.

2.Nature of the accommodation

The properties are furnished tourist accommodations rented for short stays in the canton of Valais. The use is strictly residential and personal — commercial use (events, shoots, receptions) is forbidden.

3.Booking process

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a written confirmation is issued.
  • The lead guest must be 18+ and provides accurate personal information for all guests.
  • Each property has a stated maximum capacity; exceeding it is not permitted.

4.Prices, payment and taxes

  • Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), all taxes included (Swiss VAT if applicable).
  • Prices vary by season, length of stay and demand (dynamic pricing).
  • Tourist tax is mandatory and added per adult and per taxable child per night, based on the local municipal rate.
  • Payment by credit card via Stripe, processed in Switzerland or the EEA.
  • A nominative invoice is sent on request after the stay.

5.Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy applicable to your booking is shown at checkout and on your confirmation email. The Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 40b exception for tourism applies — no right of withdrawal after booking.

6.Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in: 4 pm — Check-out: 11 am (unless otherwise stated).
  • Self check-in instructions are sent 48 h before arrival.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

7.House rules

  • No smoking inside; no parties or loud noise after 10 pm.
  • Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
  • Pets are allowed only when explicitly stated on the listing.

8.Force majeure

In case of force majeure (natural disaster, official order, etc.) making the stay impossible, Heiwa Solution SA offers a date change or a credit voucher of equal value. No additional damages.

9.Liability

Heiwa Solution SA acts as operator of the listings on behalf of the property owners. We do our utmost to ensure accurate information and a quality stay. Our liability is limited to the price of the booking.

10.Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Valais (Sierre district).
