8.Regulated activity
Heiwa Solution SA operates furnished tourist accommodations (short-term rentals) in tourist zones of central Valais, in accordance with cantonal Valais regulations and the municipal rules of Crans-Montana and surrounding communes.
The tourist tax is collected by Heiwa Solution SA on behalf of the relevant municipalities and remitted to them in full. Its amount is shown transparently at booking and on the final invoice.

This legal notice is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of the canton of Valais.
